Does ZoonCabs sell to travellers directly?
No. ZoonCabs supplies transport to the trade in Kashmir and works only with registered travel agencies, tour operators, hotels and companies. There is no consumer booking on this site and no consumer app. A traveller books through one of our partner agencies, under the agency's own name.
How does a travel agency get cab rates from ZoonCabs?
Register the agency on this site. After verification, usually within a working day, the account shows the agent rate next to every route and itinerary, with a standing discount already applied. The agency adds its own markup when it resells. Rates are not published outside the account.
Is the same driver kept for a multi-day trip?
Yes. One transporter, one driver and the same vehicle are assigned to the itinerary, from the first pickup to the last drop, and the driver's name and number are on the voucher before travel. It is the operating rule, not an upgrade.
What is included in the fare an agency sees?
The vehicle, the driver, fuel, tolls, parking, the driver's allowance on outstation days, night halts the itinerary carries, and air conditioning. Waiting beyond a local day's limit is priced at a rate shown before the booking is confirmed. Nothing is collected from the client by the driver.
How are payments and cancellations handled?
Through an agency wallet. The agency tops up, books against it, and a booking is confirmed the moment the wallet covers it. Cancellations refund to the wallet instantly under a schedule published on the account and shown again before the cancellation is confirmed. GST invoices are issued from the account.
Can we take bookings on our own website or from our own software?
Yes. A white-label booking site on the agency's own domain, with its brand and markup, can be switched on from the partner account. Agencies and destination management companies with their own systems can use the booking API, which covers the route catalogue, live prices, bookings and status webhooks.
Where does ZoonCabs operate?
Srinagar and the whole Kashmir valley: airport and railway transfers, city days, Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonamarg, and the smaller meadows at Doodhpathri and Yusmarg. The Jammu side too: Jammu airport and railway pickups, Katra for Vaishno Devi, and both roads into the valley, the highway and the Mughal Road.
