Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run your trips: your name, mobile number, and booking details. Your mobile number is verified by OTP and doubles as your login.

What we use it for

• Confirming and operating your bookings, and connecting you with your assigned transporter.
• Payments — processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
• Service messages about your trips. No spam, no selling of data — ever.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete your account data at any time by contacting support. Payment and tax records are retained as required by law.
