How does a travel agency start working with ZoonCabs?
Register the agency on this site with its name, a contact and where it operates. Verification usually completes within a working day, after which the account shows agent rates on every route, a wallet to book from, and vouchers under the agency's own brand. Can a transporter join the platform?
Yes. A fleet owner registers as a transporter, submits the vehicle permits, insurance, registration and driver identity for verification, and then receives dispatched trips from travel agencies across India. Every trip is assigned by dispatch to one transporter for the whole itinerary, and settlement runs through the platform.
I am a traveller. Can I book here?
No. ZoonCabs supplies travel businesses only and does not take bookings from the public, so there is no booking form on this site. Please book through a travel agency; the agency prices the trip, issues the voucher under its own name, and ZoonCabs runs the vehicle and driver behind it.
